Lisa Shaw was an extraordinary mother, compassionate friend, and a much-loved radio broadcaster. Lisa was known for her immense warmth, she had an innate ability to connect with people, especially children. For one of the features of her show Lisa visited various schools around the region, getting primary aged kids to describe places, people or things in a way only kids can, the feature was called "Lisa’s Little'uns" and we thought this was the perfect name for her charity.

Lisa was also an avid fundraiser, always looking for creative and adventurous ways to raise money for the causes close to her heart. From skydiving and ballroom dancing competitions to running races and abseiling off bridges - Lisa's spirit and dedication knew no bounds. Her tireless efforts raised thousands of pounds over the years, making significant impacts on numerous charities. This charity was born out of our desire to keep Lisa's legacy alive.
